  • Lesson plan reviewing/class observation in detail – two levels (Principal/ Subject Expert)

  • Quality assessments and improvised student feedback – subject wise

  • Strategies and quality discussion with teachers – Principal, Curriculum Director and mentors.

  • Discussion with students – individually by the subject teachers/ Principal

  • (To understand the learning interest and needs, home study, time management of educational activities and parental support at home).

  • Subject analysis, identifying teaching and learning requirements, marking schemes- answer script discussion and feedback.

  • Effective use of Cambridge and other resources and follow up on regular basis.

  • Quality question paper setting, checking and marking.

  • Effective staff meeting/ subject meeting and reviews by Principal/ Curriculum Director/ Mentor.

  • CPD to develop teachers’ ability to reflect, construct and actualize the needs of students and empower teachers to plan and implement in their TLP.
